Workshops.

Why not run a workshop at your location instead of having to travel? I travel nationally and internationally to deliver my training to professional Pilates students for the continued development.

If you would like to run a workshop from your studio please contact me.

I need a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12.  You take 25% of the net profit!

‘Connected’

A study of the myofascial trains and how they relate to the Pilates Method.

‘Pilates Poling.’

Improving shoulder stability, alignment and general technique using the short pole.

‘Channelling energy for ease of movement.’

An in depth look at where you need to channel energy and focus and when to release and relax.

‘The Primary and Secondary Powerhouses’

The primary powerhouse, the centre and the secondary powerhouse, the shoulder girdle should work together to produce functional and integrated movement.  We look at how to connect the two on the Mat and the apparatus.

‘ The Wundachair’

Working through the classical repertoire on this demanding piece of apparatus.

‘The Reformer’.

Getting the most from the Reformer using the classical repertoire, from the basics through to the advanced repertoire.
